This site was designed on an Apple PowerBook G3. Pages were coded entirely in BBEdit 6.0.2. Graphics tools included Adobe Photoshop 5.5, Graphic Converter 3.4, and ImageViewer. All original graphics were acquired through the following sources: Nikon CoolPix 880, Fuji MX-1200, Fuji FinePix 1300, and an Umax Astra 610S.

All JavaScript code is original except where indicated and is protected under US copyright law. While I would be flattered should you choose to pirate my code, please cite me as your source.

Although compatibility with all Internet browsers was attempted, success was never attained. Because over 70% of the population uses Internet Explorer, this page was tailored to that browser. While you may view some of the pages in Netscape Navigator, certain design features and content will not display properly. If you cannot be convinced to switch to IE, upgrading to Netscape Navigator 6.0+ will minimize incompatibilities, although the site will still not function as intended. Attempting to view this site with Netscape Navigator 4 may result in strange behavior; I cannot claim responsibility for these consequences.

Netscape Navigator, while pioneering the Internet browser business and contributing a tremendous amount to the evolution of the Internet, has deteriorated into a clunky application that is slow and behaves unpredictably. Internet Explorer, on the other hand, while not always playing by the rules, always ends up doing what you want it to do in the end. I will not debate the merits and shortcomings of each browser, but I will say that I could have spent more time creating rather than debugging, if only a standard was agreed upon.

And that is all I have to say.

Special thanks to Eric Cheng (www.echeng.com) for his boundless patience and deep pockets. Also, kudos to Dark Phoenix, Anarchos, and The Shadow for their subtle, but extremely cool, "fading links" code (best seen with Internet Explorer).
