THIS IS DISGUSTING. DON’T LOOK IF YOU HAVE A WEAK STOMACH.

A colleague sent me these pictures via e-mail. I have no idea where they are taken from and if I am violating any copyright laws by posting them, I sincerely apologize.

They are, however, too cool to not post.

Apparently, they are of a guy who had an ingrown hair on his head which subsequently got infected and pussed out. It was, for whatever reason, never treated, and so, was left to fester.

It festered so long that it eventually became necrotic and attracted flies and such.

It continued to fester and eventually ate away at his skin, bone, meninges, and yes, his brain. At this point, it sounds like he started to get a little wobbly on his feet (who wouldn’t with maggots eating your necrotic brain?) and went to the hospital. The pictures are below essentially showing a dude with the top half of his head eaten away. And? He’s totally awake.

Yum.

Now that is really gross.
